Refund policy
At EVERSCAPE, we are dedicated to crafting pieces of unparalleled quality, precision, and artistry. Each creation is meticulously designed to capture depth, light, and movement, ensuring that your most meaningful moments are transformed into a sculptural composition that is as timeless as the memory itself. Our commitment to excellence means that every detail is reviewed with care before your piece leaves our hands.
Because each EVERSCAPE piece is uniquely crafted for you, all sales are final once production begins. However, your confidence in our craftsmanship matters. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right by either replacing or repairing your piece, or issuing a full refund. To ensure the best possible resolution, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the issue. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before the 3D model creation process begins for a full refund. Once the 3D model has been sent (3D models are sent within 2 business days of an order), a $35 USD model creation fee will apply, and only the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Once your 3D model is approved, production begins, and we are unable to issue a refund or cancel the order, as each piece is made exclusively for you.
To ensure that your final piece meets your expectations, we carefully review the quality of each uploaded image before proceeding. If an image is too low in resolution or does not meet our production standards, we will notify you before your 3D model is created. However, once you have approved the 3D model, we are unable to make changes, and we cannot offer refunds or remakes for dissatisfaction due to image quality or EVERSCAPE layout.
Shipping is an essential part of delivering your EVERSCAPE piece with the same level of care it was created with. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to find a resolution. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will create and ship a replacement piece at no additional cost.
Gift cards are often purchased for meaningful occasions, and while they are non-refundable once redeemed, unused gift cards where mandated by law will be issued a refund—but only to the original purchaser.
