What happens when I upload my image?

Your photograph is reviewed by our studio team for suitability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we create and send your 3D composition preview within 2 business days.

Why do I need to complete checkout if it’s $0?

Checkout creates your secure composition file and reserves your place in our production queue. No payment is collected.

What kind of image works best?

High-resolution photos, ideally at least 1200 px on the shorter side. You will receive guidance if we need a different image before we create your preview.

Can I add an inscription?

Choose "Custom Inscription - Back" to include a discreet message on the back.

Once I approve, how long does fabrication take?

Typical production time is 4–6 weeks, and we confirm a delivery window before beginning.

Can I make changes to the 3D Composition Preview?

Once you purchase an Everscape you can request up to three refinements of your Composition Preview to ensure you are 100% satisfied prior to fabrication.

What if I decide not to proceed?

For the Composition Preview there’s no obligation. You can simply choose not to approve the preview; no payment, response or commitment is required.
